This Shipping Policy explains how LiquiKart fulfills and ships orders, how delivery estimates work, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Shipping partners

We do not have a single long-term shipping partner for all shipments. Depending on destination, service availability, and operational needs, we may use different carriers and fulfillment partners. We may update or change shipping partners from time to time.

2. Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates. Actual delivery timing depends on carrier performance, fulfillment schedules, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Address accuracy

Please provide accurate shipping information. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed. We may require confirmation before we correct or reship orders.

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided after fulfillment. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can vary by carrier.

5. Customs, taxes, and duties

If you order from outside the country we ship from, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the shipment details and work with the carrier/partner to resolve the issue where possible.
