This Returns & Refunds policy explains how returns are reviewed and how refunds are issued for orders placed with LiquiKart.
1. Return eligibility
- Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to condition, packaging, and reason for return.
- If return is approved by our admin/seller team, we will provide next steps for submitting the return and receiving your refund.
2. How to request a return
To request a return, contact us at support@liquikart.com and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
We may request photos, order details, or other information to verify the request.
3. Review and approval
Your return request is reviewed by our admin/seller team. If the return is approved, we will confirm approval and provide instructions on next steps.
If your request is not approved, we may explain why and discuss available options where possible.
4. Refund method and timing
- After a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Refund timing: the transfer back to your payment method happens within the bank clearing window after approval. This means timing can vary depending on your bank/payment processor.
- The refund may take additional time if your payment provider (e.g., card issuer, PayPal) requires processing before funds are credited to your account.
Refunds are processed after approval. For specific timelines, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider for the clearing/credit window.
5. Exceptions
- Items may not be eligible for return if they are damaged due to misuse, altered after delivery, or missing required components.
- Perishable items (if any), digital content, or items with special conditions may be excluded.
